Pilferproof screw-top bottle BPA-NI made of tinplate, with a protective gold coating on the inside and outside and a black aluminium screw cap with integrated plastic pourer for fine dosing and a tamper-evident ring. The optionally available sealing pliers / sealing press is required to manually press on the tamper-evident ring.

The sealed tamper-evident ring guarantees that your product cannot be opened and contaminated after filling. When the bottle is opened for the first time, the tamper-evident ring breaks, indicating that the container has been opened for the first time. The robust screw-top bottles, which are sustainably produced in Austria, are also BPA-NI, unbreakable and impermeable to light and air. Pilferproof cooking oil bottles therefore offer optimum all-round protection for your valuable contents. If you opt for metal packaging, you are also doing something good for the environment: metal packaging made from tinplate is 100% recyclable if disposed of properly.

Instructions:. After filling, place the bottle on a stable, level surface. Turn the screw cap clockwise onto the bottle with slight pressure until you feel resistance and the mirror surface of the cap bulges slightly outwards. Be careful not to overtighten the cap, as this could mean that the bottle cannot be opened as desired after sealing. In this step, the plastic spout is pressed into the bottle by the cap. The opened sealing tongs are placed completely and straight onto the screw cap and closed without applying additional pressure. The sealing press is then opened again and carefully removed from the bottle.

Due to the different fillings on the market and their individual composition, we cannot confirm absolute suitability for respective fillings. It is the responsibility of the user/bottler of the packaging to determine and confirm the suitability for the respective filling in advance. The actual suitability of the chosen packaging can only be properly ascertained by performing your own preliminary tests. The specified range of use for this article represents a rough classification based on the legal requirements.
